ORDER
Please allow 1 – 2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2 PM will be begin being processed the following business day.
Yes, via Email.
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 3 to 5 days for your tracking information to be updated.
Yes, you can check your order status from your Catpuccino account. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one here or click the login button at the top of the page and then choose to sign up.
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily Sign Up here.
PAYMENT
You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners, Apple Pay, PayPal, iDEAL, Klarna and Stripe. The payment options can vary from country to country.
After selecting your preferred payment method, you will be redirected to the chosen payment gateway. Once your payment has been completed, you will return to Catpuccino.co and you will receive your payment confirmation by e-mail. In case the payment is cancelled or fails, you will be returned to Catpuccino.co and you will see a notification containing the error. From that page you can choose a different payment method.
SHIPPING
We ship both domestically and to a selected number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location in the USA, Canada and the UK.
Most deliveries take 10 – 15 business days. International shipping takes a bit longer.
You have free shipping on orders above $75. When your order total is lower than $75, shipping costs will be charged depending on your delivery address and method.
After you’ve filled in all fields of the order page, you can review the shipping costs.
You, as the customer are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
We ship our products domestically and to international destinations.
We store our goods in warehouses in the USA and in Europe.
**Please note, international shipping services do vary from country to country. Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Catpuccino.co is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies. This is not catpuccino.co’s responsibility and it is out of our hands. We do want to make our customers aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Due to this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest of your ordered products.
Please rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once, the rest of your
order is on its way!
We will send you an email confirmation containing your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Please note that it can take up to 3 – 7 days for the tracking information to be updated on their website.
RETURNS
You can return your order free of charge within 30 days. Please note that the tag must be attached and the item cannot be worn or washed. Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. See our Return Policy.
Step 1. Email customer care at support@catpuccino.co. If you would like a refund, request a return package that includes instructions and a return shipping label. If you would like to make an exchange, request an exchange package.
Step 2. Ship your return, including our filled-out return form.
Step 3. When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you’re requesting an exchange, the merchandise you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they’re in stock.

Yes, they are free if your order value is above $75. We want to provide 100% Customer Satisfaction. In order to create the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping. If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy-return process to print out a free return label, the shipping costs are prepaid.
Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 24 hours.
Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
